Leeds Building Society has chosen the Apprivo² core banking originations platform by finova, the UK’s largest cloud-based mortgage and savings software provider. This partnership will aid Leeds Building Society in its entry into the limited company buy-to-let (Ltd Co. BTL) market.
Finova will offer a fully managed service to support Leeds Building Society’s new venture, including modifications to the society’s product catalogues, rules, and other services. Apprivo², a “cloud-first” SaaS banking originations platform, is adaptable to meet lenders’ individual needs. It enables Leeds Building Society to integrate different products and APIs as per their requirements.

The Apprivo² platform offers a variety of functions to lenders such as the ability to incorporate additional services via the API ecosystem of finova, which includes conveyancing, valuations, and payments.
