TSB, on Wednesday, July 5th, will be implementing changes to its residential, buy-to-let, product transfer, and additional borrowing ranges, leading to increased rates on a variety of mortgage offerings.
For its residential range, TSB will increase rates on 2-year fixed house purchase and remortgage products with 0-90% loan-to-value (LTV), by up to 0.40%.
On the buy-to-let front, TSB will hike rates for both 2-year and 5-year fixed house purchase and remortgage offerings, introducing an increase of 0.35%.
TSB’s product transfer portfolio is also witnessing rate increases. Specifically, the 2-year and 5-year fixed buy-to-let offerings will experience a rate increase of up to 0.60%. Additionally, the rates for 2-year fixed residential products with 0-90% LTV will also increase by 0.40%.
Finally, under the Additional borrowing category, TSB will increase the rates for 2-year and 5-year fixed buy-to-let offerings by up to 0.60%. The 2-year fixed residential offering is also set to see a rate increase of 0.40%.
