In a bid to enhance its collaboration with key partners, specialist lender Vida has launched the Premier Packager Club, a new proposition offering exclusive services, products, and bespoke criteria.
The Club was conceived following a series of discussions with Vida’s packager partners, aiming to incorporate their feedback into its operations. The initiative comprises three core principles: service, collaboration, and uniqueness, designed to streamline the lending process and aid their partners in better assisting their customers.
The service principle ensures direct access to underwriters through the V-Hub and adherence to the Vida Service Pledge. Additionally, it will provide a dedicated Packager Support team and a clear escalation process to handle challenging cases.
Under the collaboration principle, Vida will maintain a two-way communication channel with packagers, including case clinics and office visits. This approach aims to further develop the proposition based on ongoing feedback from partners.
The uniqueness principle comes into play with a bespoke credit tier exclusively for packagers and distinct products, catered to the needs of their customers. The Club will also feature a dedicated page on Vida’s website.
Helen Cawthra (pictured), head of intermediary relationships at Vida, said: “Earlier this year we sat down with several of our packager partners and asked them what they wanted from a Vida packager proposition.
“The Vida Premier Packager Club is a direct result of their honest feedback, and we are excited to be able to deliver a unique proposition and service that will make it easier for them to help their customers.”
