CII introduces new leadership training programs for professional development

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has unveiled two leadership-focused training programs, aimed at enhancing personal and team performance, effective leadership, and robust business development.

Set to commence in October, “Building a World Class Advisory Practice” and “Managers as Coaches” are tailored to cater to diverse leadership needs, with the former targeted towards professionals in the financial advice sector.

Developed in collaboration with prominent SME growth advisory firm, Elephant’s Child, “Building a World Class Advisory Practice” integrates various methodologies to bolster strength and value in UK Advisory Businesses.

This course places special emphasis on aligning with the FCA’s Consumer Duty principles. It equips participants with a comprehensive approach to business growth, culminating in a customized business plan encompassing a three-year strategy and a one-year action plan.
