Cortland, the build-to-rent (BTR) real estate investment, development, and management business, has appointed Jo Green (pictured) as head of business development.
Prior to joining Cortland, Green led new business functions for a range of organisations across the property sector.
Most recently, she led the business development function at Home Made, also in the BTR sector.
In her new role, she will be responsible for the strategic growth of Cortland’s third-party management portfolio.
Green said: “This felt like the next natural step for me. I believe in Cortland’s mission to put the resident at the heart of everything it does and create high-quality, inspiring spaces for people to live in.
“I’m excited to be part of the Cortland family and bring my expertise to the role.”
