Principality Building Society has made temporary changes to its business development team in order to maintain customer service.
During Cara Thompson’s maternity leave, Chris Jeacott (pictured left) has taken over to support brokers in the Gwent and West Midlands postcode areas.
Anouk Hammond (pictured right), who joined in 2022, will look after Jeacott’s previous areas of South East England and London.
Helen Lewis, national intermediary manager at Principality, said: “I am delighted to share these updates with you. It shows the great depth and skills that we have in our team, as we appoint these two exceptional individuals into these important geographical areas for us.
“Chris and Anouk are both passionate in delivering excellent service, and have the expertise to advise brokers, and we know that they’ll be great ambassadors for all that we can offer at Principality.”
Jeacott said: “My background as a whole of market broker and in house adviser really helps me understand the pressures and problems brokers face on a daily basis.
“The experience I have gained during my time in this role makes me able to ensure that brokers receive prompt, efficient service, so that they are the centre of everything I do.
“I’m really looking forward to getting out in my new area, meeting brokers face to face to showcase how both Principality and I can support them, helping their business grow, whilst forging and maintaining strong business relationships.”
Hammond added: “I’m excited to be starting in this role as Business Development Manager.
“My work on the intermediary help desk has enabled me to develop a great understanding of the urgency of our current market, and I’ve enjoyed working closely with brokers to support them in their needs.
“I am looking forward to progressing relationships and providing continuing support for new and on-going applications so we can help more people in their ideal homes.”
