Specialist lender Roma Finance has launched Flow Desk, an enhanced internal sales function with a new three-person team.
The team is led by recently promoted head of sales operations Lisa Toner, and Roma also promoted Kerry Bradshaw to business development executive, and appointed two team members, Nathan Steele and Jay Habib.
Habib joined from Property Hub and Steele from Lowry Capital.
Roma offers standard residential bridging, auction finance and light refurbishment; the team will support underwriting and nurture relationships.
Toner said: “I’m really excited to be leading this new team; a whole new way for partners to get in touch with us and build that all important relationship.
“Roma loves to lend and continues to innovate to continually improve processes and ultimately the ‘borrower first’ experience.”
Bradshaw added: “This is an exciting new challenge and I’m looking forward to seeing what this new team can achieve.
“Flow Desk will be a highly valuable asset to Roma as it will allow us to reach more people and enable our field team to continue building relationships.”
