Ongoing takeover talks between Australian firm Pexa and Smoove have been extended.
Pexa now has until 17.00. on the 8th of September 2023 to announce if it has an intention to make an offer for Smoove.
This deadline can be further extended by the Board so there is no guarantee that a deal will be confirmed by that date.
Talks between the pair have been ongoing since at least April 2024.
A statement from Smoove confirmed: “A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.”
