Bank of Ireland is improving all of its residential new business rates as of 9am tomorrow, Tuesday 26th September.
To make space in its range, the lender will also be withdrawing products at the same time.
In order to secure a product that’s being withdrawn, the lender also informed brokers that new applications must be completed and submitted, and accepted AIPs must be converted to a full application by 9am, Tuesday 26th September.
Nicholas Mendes, mortgage technical manager at John Charcol, said: “Bank of Ireland have repriced their fixed rates in quick succession since their last notice on the 20th September.
“This week hasn’t kicked off as a frenzy of repricing, like that which we have witnessed over the past fortnight.
“Let hope today isn’t a reflection of the week ahead.”
