Centrick has appointed Clare Johnson as the new Build to Rent director. Johnson will head Centrick’s VICI division, currently overseeing a pipeline of over 1,000 rental units across the UK.
Johnson joins Centrick from Inland Homes plc, where she served as BTR director. She will focus on enhancing VICI’s consultancy and management services.
The division offers advice and management solutions for various build to rent and mixed-use projects.
“I’m really excited to join Centrick. They have a proven background and diverse in-house skills,” said Johnson. “We will invest further in proptech to improve our client services and community lifestyle within a BTR community.”
