Conveyancing Association names Post Partner as affiliate member

The Conveyancing Association (CA) has named Post Partner, legal sector specialists in document allocation and indexing, as its latest affiliate member.

Post Partner offers a range of document management solutions focused on reducing fee-earner admin, ensuring documents are placed in the correct location within a CMS and named correctly.

The CA works with a growing number of affiliate members, offering the opportunity for engagement with its member firms via events and meetings, the provision of special offers, branding on promotional material and advertising through newsletters and merchandising material.

Post Partner will be taking part in future CA events throughout 2023 and 2024 and will be attending the CA’s 2024 Annual Conference & Dinner, which will be taking place on Tuesday 6th February at the Hilton Deansgate Hotel, Manchester.

Tom Bailey, managing director at Post Partner, said: “We are delighted to join the CA family. We look forward to joining forces with the other fantastic suppliers to ensure CA law firm members are in the best possible shape for the future.

“The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) makes it more important than ever for firms to have all inbound documents properly Allocated and Indexed (A&I). Only a tiny fraction of firms currently achieve this.

“Our ‘A&I’ solution enables vast efficiencies in fee-earning teams, improved accuracy and the automated movement of data that has long been on the ‘wish list’ of innovative firms but can now be a reality.”

He added: “At Post Partner we have vast experience of helping firms to properly Allocate and Index documents.

“To date this has predominantly been scanned post items, however moving forward we are in pole position to help firms with a comprehensive A&I solution comprising all document types.

“We look forward to working with CA firms to lead the way in the brave new AI world. Utilising ‘AI’ starts with effective ‘A&I’.”

Nicky Heathcote, non-executive chair of The Conveyancing Association, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Post Partner as the CA’s newest affiliate member and are looking forward to working with them, introducing the firm to our members, and seeing them take a full part in the Association’s events and next year’s conference.

“Becoming an affiliate member shows the importance stakeholders place open the conveyancing sector and the CA’s place within it, and all our affiliates provide insight and resource which help us drive our workstreams and objectives.

“We’re sure Post Partner will be a key affiliate member within the Association for many years to come.”
