Coventry Building Society has been officially named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Financial Services and Insurance – with the added achievement of being listed among the five top achievers in the category.
This is the fourth Best Workplace accolade the Society has received this year, with the Society already being named one of UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women, one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing, one of the UK’s Best Workplaces.
The Society earned the achievement based on feedback from the annual employee survey.
The results are based on things such as work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security.
Great Place to Work analysed the responses of UK-based financial services and insurance employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list.
They also looked at how consistent the employee experience is across all departments and at all levels.
