Landmark Information Group introduces Optimus Accelerate, cutting property completion times by over 30%

Optimus, a business division of Landmark Information Group, has announced the launch of Optimus Accelerate, an initiative designed to significantly expedite property transaction completions.

This follows a successful pilot project that enabled existing Optimus customers to slash completion times by over 30%, from an average of 21 weeks down to 15 weeks.

The pilot involved more than 1,200 completions and tested the platform across a diverse range of transaction types. Optimus Accelerate brings a paradigm shift in conveyancing, focusing on the optimisation of upfront data.

Unlike conventional methods that are often riddled with delays, the new platform enables quicker access to property information and expedites stakeholder involvement, thereby reducing bottlenecks and improving overall efficiency.

Aimed primarily at mortgage brokers, Optimus Accelerate aims to speed up property transactions, minimise risks of transaction fall-throughs, and accelerate revenue generation, thereby reducing stress for clients.

Giuliano Grazioli, sales director at Optimus, said: “Optimus Accelerate represents a fundamental shift in the way property professionals manage transactions. This development comes on the heels of the launch of LandmarkConnect, a series of digital hubs tailored to streamline the home buying and selling experience.
