London and Country (L&C) has partnered with Propp.io to refer their customers with specialist property finance needs.
Propp launched in November 2020 and is the UK’s first specialist finance comparison site.
The collaboration will allow L&C’s clients to receive expert advice and support when it comes to obtaining specialist finance, with a focus on commercial, bridging, second charge, and development finance.
The partnership will see L&C refer their specialist finance enquiries to Propp’s team, enabling customers with specialist requirements to access the level of expertise required to provide advice on complex and specialist cases.
