Darlington-based estate agency group My Property Box has expanded its service offerings by launching My Property Box Financial Services.
The new arm aims to serve as a one-stop shop for clients, offering advice on an array of residential and buy-to-let mortgages, life insurance, income protection, critical illness cover, and buildings and contents insurance.
The financial services will be led by Emma Morley and Olivia Wells, who have more than 20 years of combined experience in the sector.
Morley said: “We provide advice on a wide range of mortgages and financial services. We are dedicated to finding the best deals and products available to suit each of our client’s individual needs and circumstances.”
Accredited by the award-winning PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a part of the LSL Group, My Property Box Financial Services aims to simplify the property buying or investing process for its clients.
This new division follows the recent rebranding of the company’s Newcastle office to My Property Box Tyne & Wear, reflecting its growing presence in the North East and North Yorkshire regions.
