iad signs first 30 UK estate agents

iad UK, the self-employed estate agent, has signed-up 30 estate agent partners as it gets closer to achieving its goal of signing 100 by summer 2024.

iad recently completed a three-date tour of the UK, presenting the self-employed agency model to more than 100 agents and prospective agents, resulting in 10 new partners.

This took the total agent count to 30 in its first four months of operation in the UK.

The Business Opportunity Presentation (BOP) roadshow stopped in the West Midlands, Essex, and Suffolk.

iad currently operates in seven international markets, including France, Spain, and Miami, with more than 20,000 agents and annual revenue totalling £500m.

The three-date roadshow followed on from a London event which saw close to 150 attendees.

Over the course of the four events, those present heard from iad UK’s senior management team, including managing director Lee O’Brien, as well as existing iad agents from the UK and France.

O’Brien said: “What an absolute pleasure it has been travelling the country and meeting so many great people, all of whom are considering taking their careers to the next level with iad.

“We’re getting great feedback about our model and the things that make us a unique proposition for hardworking, aspirational agents.

“It has also been an honour to see our existing iad agents speak so passionately about their roles and successes together with reassuring words around the support and credibility that a sizable, profitable entity such as iad uniquely provides.

“The self-employed model is the future of agency in the UK, and we believe we offer the finest iteration of those currently active in the market. After this recent road trip, it’s great to know that everyone else agrees with us.”
