Pure Retirement unveils enhanced online application system to optimise adviser experience

Pure Retirement has introduced an updated online application journey aimed at simplifying the process for advisers.

This enhanced online form is designed to capture more information upfront, thereby reducing the need for supplementary details later on, and ensuring a faster response time for offers.

In terms of user experience, the form has undergone a major overhaul. Features such as better navigation, a direct jump between filled sections, keyboard-only completion, clearer instructions, a new postcode lookup feature, and an option to save progress have been added.

Additionally, a dynamic question set has been integrated to cater to the specific needs of individual cases, ensuring advisers don’t encounter irrelevant questions.

Advisers will also have access to a range of on-boarding resources to help them navigate the new platform more efficiently. This revamp is just the beginning of a series of improvements that Pure Retirement plans to roll out for both its online application form and portal.

Andrew Clare (pictured), head of operations, commented on the release: “We’ve been listening closely to adviser feedback regarding our systems and user journeys, and have delivered changes that not only demonstrate that we listen to our adviser network, but also offer them a market-leading user experience.

“With the market continually gaining increasing legitimacy as a mainstream retirement planning tool, we feel it’s important that advisers can transact with us in confidence and know that lodging a case with us is as straightforward as possible. It’s part of our ongoing commitment to innovation, delivered under our mission statement of ‘service made possible by technology, made meaningful by people’.”
