The Brightstar Group has resumed full ownership of Sirius Property Finance by repurchasing the shares of Nicholas Christofi, the co-founder and former managing director.
This shift in ownership coincides with the departures of Christofi and minority shareholder Leoni Alexandrou, who both played significant roles in the development of Sirius.
Christofi and Alexandrou are set to launch a new enterprise, along with other team members from Sirius, in a move that has been described as pre-planned and mutually agreed upon.
Rob Jupp (pictured), group CEO of The Brightstar Group, expressed his gratitude for their contributions: “I would like to express my thanks to Nick, Leoni and the team members who leave Sirius to join in Nick’s next business venture for all their efforts since joining the business.”
Christofi added: “I would like to thank Rob and the team for all their combined efforts in supporting the success and development of Sirius since I first joined back in 2016.
I am looking forward to beginning an exciting new venture outside of the Brightstar Group.”
The transition comes with a restructured leadership at Sirius, with the new management team’s details to be announced in the future.
