L&C Mortgages has made the move to a brand new, tailor-made office in Bath.
The relocation to Newark Works development on the Bath Quays marks a new chapter for L&C.
It sees L&C move from Beazer House, its base for more than 20 years where over 450 staff members are employed.
L&C also operates an office in Newcastle, which made a change of address earlier this year.
The new offices, created by Bath-based workplace design company Interaction, have been chosen for their ability to offer L&C and its employees everything that is required of the modern workplace and to accommodate the era of flexible and hybrid working patterns.
The new workplace provides 4,864sq ft of adaptable office space for both focused and collaborative working.
Interaction also designed the communal spaces at Newark Works including a centrepiece bar and entrance area to foster community between tenants, creating a destination hub for Bath’s creative businesses.
