Phoebus has embarked on a recruitment campaign to take on 25 new staff over the next 12 months.
This will increase the size of the technology firm by 20% as it invests in development and its growing client base.
Phoebus is expanding in all areas to accelerate the development of a broad range of solutions such as application programming interface (API) development, migrations, servicing and analysis.
Adam Oldfield (pictured), chief revenue officer at Phoebus, said: “We have been incredibly busy this year and onboarded a number of new clients with more in the pipeline.
“The next generation version of our servicing software is now live and we need more colleagues to carry on developing it as well as looking after our clients.
“Our colleagues are at the heart of our business and as we grow even more, at least 25 new people will be part of the next chapter in our success story.”
