SortRefer are piloting a new new product which aims to provide brokers and their clients with a cost-effective remortgage solution.
The company’s new Flexible Remortgage £349 has been developed as a result of feedback from its network of brokers across the UK.
The new product includes all the legal work necessary to complete a remortgage transaction while offering the flexibility to adapt the quote form to accommodate additional work that brokers may identify upfront.
This feature will enable brokers to better manage client expectations regarding costs, making the entire process more transparent and tailored to individual circumstances.
Key benefits of the new product include £100 to £40 in referral fees, a transparent client-facing quotation and real-time case updates.
This product is initially being piloted with two suppliers. All cases received will be followed-up to request feedback, so SortRefer can review it alongside its complete range of Remortgages to provide the best solutions.
