Bank of Ireland enhances selected residential mortgage rates

Bank of Ireland is set to improve some of its residential mortgage rates as of 9am tomorrow, Thursday 7th December 2023.

Some of the new rates include a 2-year fixed rate at 60% loan-to-value (LTV) at 4.81% until 31/03/2026. The product comes with a £995 fee, and £300 cashback.

In addition, Bank of Ireland will also offer deals such as a 3-year fixed rate at 75% LTV at 4.82% until 31/03/2027, with £1,495 fee and £300 cashback and a 2-year fixed rate at 80% LTV at 4.99% until 31/03/2026, with £1,495 fee and £300 cashback.

To make space in its existing range, the lender will also be withdrawing products at the same time.

To secure a product that’s being withdrawn, new applications must be completed and submitted, and accepted AIPs must be converted to a full application by 9am, Thursday 7th December 2023.
