Bank of Ireland is set to launch new standard buy-to-let (BTL) and bespoke BTL mortgage rates as of tomorrow at 9am, Wednesday 6th December 2023.
The lender is also adding a buy-to-let Green range for properties that with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of Band A or B only.
To make space within its range for these new products, Bank of Ireland will be withdrawing products at the same time.
New applications must be completed and submitted, and accepted AIPs must be converted to a full application by 9am, Wednesday 6th December 2023.
