Property lender Together has announced the appointment of Aijan Aldridge, an experienced commercial mortgage broker, to drive its corporate sales growth in London.
Aldridge brings over ten years of expertise in commercial finance to the Cheadle-based company as it aims to expand its £6.6 billion loan book.
Aldridge joins Together from Opes Financial Partners, a high net worth mortgage broker, where she served as an associate director. In this role, she managed property portfolios for clients, oversaw luxury property deals, and identified investment opportunities.
In her new position at Together, Aldridge will focus on maintaining relationships with existing corporate clients and promoting the company’s fast and flexible financing solutions to property investors, brokers, buying agents, and high net worth individuals in London.
Aldridge expressed enthusiasm about her new role, saying: “It’s great to join such a well-respected, successful finance company.
“I have always worked in the same spheres as Together thanks to my previous role as a licensed broker.
“After meeting many ambitious, hardworking Together colleagues at their Women in Finance events, it has been wonderful to come on board and join the group.
“Together’s common sense approach to lending is refreshing to see, and I’m looking forward to helping to provide clients with finance solutions which work for them and they may not be able to find with other lenders.”
Aldridge, who moved to London from the former Soviet Union over two decades ago, holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Economics.
She added: “I have always maintained strong relationships with HNW clients, brokers, portfolio managers, and business leaders at SMEs, and this is something I am keen to continue to do in my career with Together.”
She will report to Elliot Vure, director of corporate sales at Together, in her new role as corporate sales director, which she started last month.
Vure commented on the appointment: “Aijan is a great addition to the Together Team. After joining us a few weeks ago, she has already taken the company’s values to provide fast and flexible lending in her stride.
“Her vast knowledge of the market and wealth of experience in the commercial finance sector make her a real asset to the company, and will help to grow Together in London, and across the country.”
