Bluestone Mortgages strengthens BDM team

Bluestone Mortgages has appointed Steve Bailey (pictured) as the South East’s field-based business development manager (BDM), a newly created role as part of the firm’s commitment to growth in the specialist lending market.

Bailey’s primary responsibility will be developing new regional business leads and opportunities.

Bailey will also work to educate brokers and intermediaries by supporting them with lending solutions for clients who have been disenfranchised from achieving their homeownership goals.

He joined Bluestone Mortgages from Landbay where he was head of internal sales, bringing over 20 years of financial and specialist lending experience.

Prior to this, he held roles at OneFamily and Lighthouse Financial Advice.
