Brightstar, a double recipient of the Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work for award, has proudly announced reaching a significant achievement of 3,000 reviews on the Trustpilot platform.

The Brightstar Group’s emphasis on customer service extends to its internal training programs. All new team members undergo a comprehensive customer service qualification, and the company offers a continuous Customer Service Training Programme for its staff. This approach ensures that the team remains equipped and motivated to deliver superior service to clients and brokers.
