Brothers launch property networking platform

Two brothers from the West Midlands have unveiled the UK Homes Network, a networking platform dedicated to professionals within the property industry.

The initiative, stemming from Chris Tremlett’s vision post-redundancy, aims to enhance connections among developers, investors, agents, landlords, and other specialists.

Chris Tremlett, reflecting on his 12-year tenure in property, first as an estate agent then in marketing, said: “UK Homes Network will enable users to supercharge their own networks, explore limitless opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends—all in one space.”

The platform, accessible via web and mobile, seeks to modernize networking by facilitating direct interactions across the property sector. “It’s about making it easier for people to develop their personal brands and reach out directly to other professionals,” Chris added.

Unlike general social networks that often attract irrelevant advertising, UK Homes Network promises a focused environment free from such distractions, supported by a subscription model. Prices range from £12.99 monthly for individuals to specialised tiers for influencers and larger entities, offering enhanced features like content sharing and sponsored opportunities.

The network also includes a segment for sharing commercial insights, ensuring a spam-free, algorithm-independent space aimed at genuine business engagements. The Tremlett brothers plan to introduce the platform at the upcoming Property Investor Show in London.
