Coventry for intermediaries has reduced the majority of fixed rates, with residential mortgage rates reduced by up to 0.20% and buy-to-let (BTL) rates reducing by up to 0.22%.
2-year, 3-year and 5-year fixed rate options are available for residential applications.
Highlights include a 5-year fixed rate available for residential remortgage, up to 65% loan-to-value (LTV) at 4.29% with a £999 product fee, as well as a 5-year fixed rate available for BTL remortgage, up to 65% LTV at 4.44% with a £1,999 product fee.
Both products come with an option of £350 cashback or the use of Coventry’s Remortgage Transfer Service.
