Crestbridge has announced the appointment of Craig Leitch as the director of real estate services.
Leitch brings a wealth of experience, with over 19 years in the financial services industry, primarily within Corporate Services.
His new role at Crestbridge will involve managing a portfolio of complex corporate real estate clients and contributing to the development and evolution of the business’s real estate solutions.
Leitch’s previous role was at a global financial services provider, where he led a Corporate and Institutional team.
This team was responsible for managing a diverse array of clients, including those in Corporate, Private Equity Real Estate (PERE), and Real Estate sectors. His academic credentials include a Diploma in International Finance and Administration from the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
This appointment is a significant addition to Crestbridge’s Real Estate Services team, known for its extensive experience and multi-jurisdictional expertise. The team provides comprehensive support to asset managers, covering administrative, accounting, reporting, residency, and governance needs across various real estate structures throughout their lifecycle.
