Penrith Building Society has removed mortgage application fees for all of its residential and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage products, including further advances.
With effect from today, Monday 8th January, and up until 31st March 2024, all application fees for new and existing borrowers will be removed for any mortgage application submitted between these dates.

“We understand the pressures customers are facing and this move demonstrates our ongoing commitment to supporting homeowners and landlords.”
