Rosemount Financial Solutions partners with Quantum Mortgages to enhance buy-to-let offerings

Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), an independent mortgage and protection network, has announced a partnership with Quantum Mortgages, the specialist buy-to-let lender. This collaboration, effective from today, allows Rosemount advisers to access Quantum’s comprehensive suite of buy-to-let products designed for seasoned landlords.

Quantum Mortgages, catering exclusively to the intermediary market, provides a variety of mortgage solutions tailored to different property types and landlord needs, including single and multi-unit properties, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), specialist lets, and options for expats, limited company SPVs, foreign nationals, and environmentally friendly ‘Green’ mortgages.

Additionally, Quantum introduces QML Pro, targeting more niche property and borrower circumstances that fall outside standard lending criteria, requiring applicants to have a minimum of one year’s experience in the market and ownership of at least two investment properties.

Operating across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, Quantum Mortgages aims to fulfill the diverse requirements of the buy-to-let sector.
