The Specialist Mortgage Web Shows, now entering their fifth year, are making a comeback in 2024.
These events are a must-attend for finance professionals eager to enhance their understanding of the specialist lending sector.
The shows feature lender speakers each month, covering a comprehensive range of topics within the industry, including residential and commercial mortgages, specialist buy-to-let options, second charge loans, and bridging finance.
These webinars offer financial advisers a prime opportunity to deepen their knowledge of specific lending areas, understand current market impacts, and discover new market opportunities.
Tony Sutton, managing director at Specialist Hub and a veteran of the specialist finance industry with four decades of experience, will be sharing his extensive knowledge. Attendees will benefit from his insights on the industry, including compliance with FCA regulations and access to free industry resources.
Reflecting on the success of previous years, Sutton said: “We are delighted to continue the success of the last four years’ shows, where over 2,400 finance professionals watched lenders discuss the market and provide valuable ideas and guidance. Our shows are free for both delegates and lenders, meaning lenders are not restricted by their marketing budget, and therefore we have the cream of the crop presenting.”
In a new twist for this year, the webinars will feature bi-monthly ‘Mini Specialist Mortgage Web Shows’ with a concise two-hour format spotlighting three specialist lenders.
Participants in these webinars can also accrue two or three hours of CPD, enhancing their professional development from their own offices. Moreover, registration and attendance come with the added perk of a chance to win a £100 Amazon voucher.
Regular attendee Shawbrook Bank’s national relationship manager, Lee Williams, expressed enthusiasm for the event: “Shawbrook is delighted to be invited to take part in the Specialist Mortgage Web Shows again; they are always great sessions that brokers are fully engaged with. It is good to be able to assist in educating them on various areas of the market, as well as helping to fill the gaps in their knowledge through our criteria.”
Tony Grillo, intermediary sales manager at Together, also shared positive feedback: “The Specialist Mortgage Web Shows have been brilliant in allowing us to increase our reach and give brokers brand new options for their customers. I am looking forward to participating again this year.”
The Specialist Mortgage Web Shows will commence on 6th February and continue monthly until November.
