From tomorrow, Tuesday 30 January, The Mortgage Works will be reducing rates on selected switcher mortgage products by up to 0.20%, with rates starting from 3.84%.
The new buy-to-let switcher rates include a 2-year fixed at 3.99% with a £3995 fee, available up to 65% loan-to-value (LTV) and a 3-year fixed at 4.39% with a £1,495 fee, available up to 65% LTV.
As part of the new offering, a 5-year fixed will also be available at 4.49%, to 65% LTV.
Joe Avarne, senior manager, buy-to-let mortgages at The Mortgage Works, said: “We are continually looking to support our existing landlords and these latest reductions will be some of the most competitive and cost-effective options in the market.”
