Ardonagh Advisory has expanded its portfolio by acquiring Solutions Healthcare Ltd, a comprehensive healthcare insurance broker based in Glasgow.
The firm, founded in 2014 by Alan and Evelyn Christie, offers expertise in Private Medical Insurance and employee benefits, and is known for its additional claims service.
Post-acquisition, Solutions Healthcare will be integrated into Towergate Health & Protection. Evelyn Christie will remain in a client-facing role, guiding the business forward. This move comes as the UK health insurance market sees robust growth driven by increased private healthcare demand.
Alan Christie commented on the acquisition’s benefits: “We chose Towergate Health & Protection as the new home for our business as it will enable us to offer the same great service, as well as providing value-adding opportunities for our clients.”
