Dudley Building Society has appointed Mike Hudson as a non-executive director. Hudson, with over 40 years of experience in financial services and a background in risk management, will also serve as chair of the Risk Committee, pending regulatory approval. This appointment aligns with the society’s growth ambitions.
Hudson said: “I am delighted to be joining Dudley at an exciting time and relish the opportunity to help them continue with their development and growth.
