Finanze Group announces executive team reshuffle amid rapid growth

Finanze Group Ltd has revealed changes to its executive team in support of its sustained growth and expansion, following an impressive 117% increase in annual revenue to £515k in its second year.

Founder Alastair Hoyne will assume the role of executive chairman, focusing on strategic direction and expansion, particularly of the Finanze Capital lending division.

Paul Kermath steps up from chief operating officer to chief executive officer, acknowledged for his pivotal role in the company’s strategic and operational progress. Patricia McGirr, previously chief marketing officer, has been promoted to chief operating officer, where she will apply her skills to boost operational efficiency and further the company’s growth objectives.

Alastair Hoyne remarked on the leadership evolution: “These leadership changes mark a significant milestone in our journey… I am confident that with Paul and Patricia in their new roles, we are exceptionally well-positioned to build on our achievements and drive Finanze Group towards even greater success.”
