As of tomorrow, Friday 1 March, Santander is set to launch a range of New Build 3-year fixed rate exclusives for residential purchases up to 95% loan-to-value (LTV).
This new offering includes a 90% LTV 3-year fixed rate at 4.97% with a £999 product fee, a 90% LTV 3 year fixed rate at 5.15% with no product fee, as well as a 95% LTV 3 year fixed rate at 5.39% with no product fee and £250 cashback.
The lender will also be reducing its 85% LTV residential New Build 3-year fixed rate exclusive product.
In addition, all New Build exclusives come with a nine month completion deadline.
To secure existing rates, applications must be submitted by 10pm today, Thursday 29 February.
