TAB has expanded the reach of its bridging loan proposition into Scotland.
TAB will focus on main towns and cities, catering to all commercial and residential properties.
Jon Sturgess (pictured), sales development director at TAB, will spearhead the Scotland team to develop new and existing relationships, while Brodies LLP will act as the primary solicitor.
