LV= Member Community celebrates first anniversary

LV= has celebrated the first anniversary of its LV= Member Community.

Over the last 12 months the community has grown in size to almost 2,000 members, helping to drive insights about how LV= can better serve its members and customers. 

As LV= members navigate the challenges of the cost-of-living crisis, the community aims to serve as a window into the support members need, and what they expect from a mutual life and pensions provider.

With contributions to over 300 documents and feedback on a number of LV= communications, the Member Community has served to shape products and services in a bid to make a better LV= for everyone. 

David Hynam, LV= chief executive, said: “When we set up the Community, we wanted to create an online space where members could help to shape and improve our products and services and make a better LV= for everyone.

“As a mutual, it’s important that we know what matters to our members and seek feedback, thoughts and opinions on a range of topics and the Member Community helps us to do this.

“I am incredibly grateful to our Member Community for the improvements they have helped to make to ensure we continue to be the empathetic expert that we strive to be.”
