MPowered boosts sales team with new hire

MPowered Mortgages has appointed Lichelle Samra (pictured) as key account manager for the Midlands, reporting to Matt Surridge, sales director.

Samra joined MPowered Mortgages from NatWest where she was business development manager (BDM) responsible for growing its client base in the UK.

Before this, she was mortgage business development manager at Prosperity Wealth, managing clients in the UK, Middle East and Asia.

She has also held business development related roles at Barclays and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

“MPowered has recently updated it criteria for foreign nationals which included increasing loan-to-value (LTV) to 90% for foreign nationals.
