SmartSearch has signed an agreement to receive a significant equity investment from Triple Private Equity.
Triple will now take a majority share in the business and will work alongside the existing management, with SmartSearch founders and existing shareholders retaining a minority in the company.
The investment from Triple Private Equity will enable SmartSearch to build on its existing foundation, accelerating its growth plans.
