Together supports 13,400 transactions in the past year

Together has supported over 13,400 transactions in the past 12 months – delivering an average of 52 new loans every single working day in the last year.

As part of its results, the finance group revealed that it has written 13,414 loans between March 2023 and the end of February this year.

In February alone, the group completed 1,154 transactions, recording over £250m of new lending, with over 920 loans in its unregulated arm and over 230 regulated loans.

Short-term bridging loans, which remains Together’s core business, totalled £110.8m, but it also delivered 294 buy-to-let mortgages worth nearly £54.3m to its growing customer base.

Chris Baguley (pictured), group channel development director, said: “February represents another incredible month across our business.

“However, more important than the impressive financial performance and the thing that makes us most proud as a team, is the number of customers we’ve supported across the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector, the residential market, together with the corporate/commercial space, by delivering the finance they need to achieve their ambitions.

“The past 12 months have been incredible with more than 13,400 completions to the end of February.

“It’s fantastic to have such a positive impact in providing the best possible outcomes for our customers, as our focus continues to be the best service provider in the UK lending market.”

Together’s loan book increased to £6.8bn in the quarter to December 31st 2023, according to the latest Q2 results published earlier this month.
