Zenzic Capital has appointed Simon Brown (pictured) as head of real estate development finance lending focused on the provision of development finance for homebuilders.
Brown has over 20 years’ deal origination experience and has held senior roles in companies including Investec and Royal Bank of Scotland.
He is also a chartered accountant and holds a BSc in economics.
Brown will be responsible for continuing to develop Zenzic’s residential development loan book, ensuring products compete in the market, and that the service provided to the client base is ‘best in class’.
