ESPC to host free buy-to-let event for investors in Edinburgh

ESPC, a leading Scottish property portal, has announced a free Buy-To-Let Insights and Advice event slated for Thursday, 9th May, tailored for both aspiring property investors and current landlords.

Set to take place at ESPC’s Property Information Centre on Edinburgh’s George Street, the event is designed to address key topics and queries regarding the Edinburgh rental market and the intricacies of becoming a landlord.

Attendees will have the opportunity to have their questions answered by a panel of property experts from 6pm to 7.30pm. Nicky Lloyd, head of ESPC Lettings, and Paul Demarco, ESPC Mortgages advisor, will be part of the panel. Joining them are property legal experts Rosanne Ogden and Mary McQueen, along with tax specialists Kate MacDonald and Kerry MacBeth from RSM UK.

Lloyd said: “Following on from a hugely challenging few years in the Scottish rental market, we know that current and aspiring landlords alike want to know more about what’s happening in the sector, as well as what they can expect to see in years to come.”

The event promises an overview of the current rental sector, an interactive Q&A session, and one-on-one guidance opportunities.

Lloyd emphasised the value of the event: “It’s a rare opportunity to gain free access to an array of property experts covering a broad range of need-to-know subjects, and we hope to see many current and aspiring investors in attendance.”
