Effective from Monday 22nd April, Halifax Intermediaries will launch new mortgage products for first-time buyers.
This includes a product range with £500 cashback, and a Green Home product range with £1,000 cashback.
Brokers wanting to secure one of the existing products should submit applications in full by 5pm Saturday 20th April.
