Maeve Ward (pictured) has joined specialist lender Together as intermediary project manager.
In her new role, Ward will provide strategic support as the lender continues to grow across the UK.
She will primarily be Together’s representative in Wales and will review strategic growth plans with directors.
Ward will also support brokers and colleagues, providing group training presentations, lender days, and where appropriate, media and events in the region.
She said: “I’ve known Together for a long, long time and our paths have crossed many times while I’ve worked for competitors.
“There was a part of me that hoped I would end up working here, it was just a case of when was the right time.
“I’ve been impressed with all aspects of Together; the heritage, the product suite, and the huge potential and desire for further growth with its intermediary partners.”
She added: “I’m excited that I’ll be part of pushing the brand forward at a time when there is an appetite to support mortgage and second charge projects and really looking forward to working with our broker partners to understand future opportunities for growth.
“Together has aspirational plans to increase its lending and it’s fantastic to have been brought into this new role – it just feels like coming home.”
Ward joined Together from Central Trust and Mercantile Trust, where she was director of commercial operations, and will report to Tanya Elmaz, director of intermediary sales.
