Andrew Bailey, head of talent at Coventry Building Society, said: “It’s fantastic to be recognised for all the ways we support our colleagues in developing the career they want.
“We’re proud to say that 45% of our roles are recruited internally – which means around 350 colleagues take on a new role at the society each year – continually embracing new challenges and opportunities.
“Our people are at the heart of our success, so we want to give them every opportunity to grow their talent.
“We’ll continue to support and encourage our colleagues through tailored development programmes, mentorship opportunities, and a culture which values innovation and collaboration.”
