Mutual Vision (MV) has promoted David Bennett (pictured) to chief revenue officer, where he will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities within the business.
Bennett joined Mutual Vision in October 2023 as business development director.
In his new role, he will report into chief executive Tim Bowen.
Bowen said: “David has already become a key executive and will now play a crucial role in aligning sales, marketing, and other revenue-focused functions to achieve our business objectives.”
Bowen said Bennett’s promotion reflected the part he played in the successful launch of MV Solar — a cloud-native, digital banking platform unveiled.
He added: “The launch of version one of MV Solar at the BSA conference in Manchester at the start of May was a big success and the way he orchestrated the launch proves he’s ready for the chief revenue officer role.”
Bennett concluded: “I am looking forward to supporting Tim and Mutual Vision, strengthening our relationships and exploring how we can build on version one of MV Solar.
“There’s huge untapped potential in the market, particularly in the specialist space, for a ready-made banking platform that can be tailored to lenders’ needs — a digital ‘bank in a box’ should prove revolutionary.
“With the launch of MV Solar having been so successful, I want to use the experience I have in the banking and fintech spaces to ensure we become the go-to tech provider for specialist lenders looking to increase their geographical reach outside their traditional branch network.”
