Nottingham Building Society has teamed up with Uinsure, a leading insurance technology firm, to offer its members home insurance quotes in just 60 seconds.
This new service is available both online and in branches, providing one of the fastest quoting services on the market.
Members need only provide their name, date of birth, and postcode to receive a quote, simplifying the application process significantly.
The service, powered by Manchester-based insuretech Uinsure, generates competitive quotes from top UK insurers. Members are then presented with the most cost-effective option from Uinsure’s 5-star Defaqto rated policy, ensuring they get the best value.
Kathryn Kitson, head of savings operations and distribution at Nottingham Building Society, commented on the new partnership: “Our purpose has always been to make homeownership as easy and achievable a process for the UK public as possible.

Uinsure’s policies include up to £1m in buildings protection and options for £75,000 or £100,000 in contents cover, which also includes accidental breakage of technology equipment. The service extends to landlords, who can insure rental properties efficiently.
