Residential by Foundation has appointed Ginny English (pictured) as its newest regional account manager for the East of England.
Previously an internal business development manager (BDM) with Foundation for the past two years, English has been promoted to regional account manager where she will look after, and develop, a range of advisory firm relationships in the region.
Prior to working at Foundation Home Loans, she was a mortgage adviser with over 30 years’ experience working within both lenders and independently.
English starts in the role with immediate effect and will report to Keith Jones, national sales manager.
Jones said: “We are very pleased to have brought Ginny across to this role as a regional account manager.
“Her knowledge of Foundation’s criteria is comprehensive and her lifelong experience in the industry within both lenders and as an adviser means she has an expertise which is second-to-none.
“Most importantly, she has an empathy and approachability which makes her a delight to work with, and with her ‘can-do’ attitude, I have no doubt she will be of immeasurable support to the specialist residential mortgage advisers in her region.”
